I'm sure our DME users know this as Treasure From Another Dimension. Why am I using its dub name, then? Because what it does in DME at the moment and what it actually does is rather different. And, if it gets changed, it may not even be changed correctly. Because of that, I thought I'd take a look at what it's original action is.
Card From a Different Dimension
[Normal Spell]
If this card is removed from play, return this card to your hand during your Standby Phase. When this card is returned to your hand, each player draws 2 cards from their Decks.
This card's an interesting little thing, since it can be a large draw engine, but it's still a draw engine for both players. Macro Cosmos and discards will mean that it can activate almost every turn, and it can also be triggered through cards that would remove spells from your grave can also be tripped once or twice. However, the key is that it has to constantly be removed from game in order to use, which becomes less feasible. Still, it can have impressive consequences since you're filling your own hand, and it's very possible to mill somewhat or fill your opponent's hand with it.
However, it's also nearly useless outside of combination. There's no easy way to activate it, and there aren't too many RFGs going around from the hand or field in regards to spells. Therefore, while its draws are quite something, its RFG condition can make things tricky.
Effect: 3/5. Draws are great. Draws that let your opponent draw are tricky. Draws with a less common condition are extremely tricky.
Art: 2/5. I really don't see the dimension part of it.
